CLAY SCULPTURE WORKSHOP: SCULPTING THE HUMAN BODY

Join us for a one-day figurative sculpture workshop. In a single session, you will learn the very basics of sculpting a full human body in clay, focusing on structure and form as you build your sculpture. You will complete a finished piece to take home at the end of the day.

You will:

  • Learn how to build a simple armature and base structure for a full human body sculpture.

  • Explore basic anatomy and proportions of the human figure.

  • Understand how posture and movement shape the body in clay.

  • Develop sculpting techniques for refining body features and expressions.

What you will get:

  • Personalised instruction throughout the workshop

  • Access to sculpting trestles, tools, and materials

  • A finished clay full-body sculpture to take home

Knowledge required:

Beginner-friendly.

What to bring:

  • Bring your own lunch — there will be a 30-minute lunch break

  • Clothes you do not mind getting a little dirty

All materials are included in the $280 fee, along with full use of studio tools for the day.
